Fantastic service, very knowledgeable techs that are very willing to admit ?we can't be 100% sure because of the proprietary computers on the car??. They are very reasonable/free with providing diagnostics even if it takes them a couple hours.

These folks are legit. I needed an urgent repair in order to travel home and they were willing to help me out even though they were swamped. They didn't make any promises they couldn't keep, they told it exactly like it was, and still somehow miraculously got me back on the road. Autochoice is the best and do they ever go the extra distance! Today they carefully extracted a 4' rat snake from inside my dash. Then they extracted a huge mouse nest the snake was feeding from, then they replaced the washer hose that the mice had chewed, leaving my washer jets nonfunctioning. All with lots of good humor and a reasonable cost.

My son attends IU and his older car needed an urgent repair. The nature of the repair made it impossible for him to drive the car home and have our usual shop work on his car. Brought my car in thinking it was burning oil, because that's what Jd Byrider told me. They fixed 3k worth of things within a week. So glad I decided to get a second opinion, will definitely be going here from now on since I know now they take my warranty! Also fixed whatever was causing it to pull to the left, Bell Tire couldn't even do that. 10/10 recommend.

I had engine issues with one of my cars, and decided to give these guys the job to figure it out. They were very thorough and honest. I figured what some of the issues were to begin with, but didn't say anything just to see how they (AutoChoice) ran. Long story short, those guys are honest, extremely knowledgeable, I believe fair in their prices, and I wouldn't have a second thought of taking another vehicle to them. Now unfortunately for the motor...yep, it was toast!!!

We took a car we were thinking of buying for a pre-purchase inspection and already liked the service from the start: fair prices, transparency, and clear communication. You don't feel like you're being taken advantage of at any point (unlike many other shops). Today, we brought in another car for some inspections and repairs and once again received excellent service! It's our go-to place in Bloomington for repair services! Adam, Lloyd, James and Gary are all incredible guys. The whole crew over there is wonderful! Repairs are fairly priced. The guys are all honest, kind, and very good at explaining the work. Auto Choice is a professional, service-oriented local business and I've been coming to them for repairs, auto advice, and service for 10 years! I recommend Auto Choice HIGHLY. I once went to another chain/corporate garage for a major repair (timing chain) only because they offered 0% interest financing. Long story short, this ended up costing me almost $16k and I didn't have a working car to show for it. Expensive lesson. I haven't gone anywhere but Auto Choice since. I can't recommend Auto Choice highly enough!

Great bunch of guys! Have modded car and had stutter at wot they did vacuum test and live data test on car could not find problem so they didn't even charge me! Most shops would have charged least hour labor.

This place is fantastic. They inspected a used car I was planning on buying, a 2014, from a dealership. They found bake problems, rear seal is leaking, and a rodent had made a nest and chewed some stuff up. $2000.00 worth of repairs. Whew I walked away thanks to them.

I have been a loyal customer of AutoChoice for years now. I can't recommend them enough. Really willing to work with people and give me advice that's best for me, not their business. I have been screwed over by mechanics in the past, and this is not one of those places. I ask Lloyd if I can tip him every time I go, and he says no every time. The people here are just so extremely helpful, honest and fair. It's a good mechanic for people like me who don't know anything about cars.
